Self Defence The
Kung Fu classes are excellent for self defence. In case
you can't commit to weekly lessons, we hold Self Defence
classes once a month, specifically for street defence.
The session will offer many practical techniques that may
work in any number of different situations; whether
it be an unwanted grope on the tube or something more serious.
The class will
be interactive, giving you the opportunity not only to try out
these techniques and gain confidence in using them, but to ask
questions along the way and even ask to be shown a
solution to a problem you may have faced. We also hope
to have some fun along the way!
The
classes are not violent nor aggressive and cater for all
shapes and sizes and levels of fitness as the classes are not
aerobically demanding. Please
do not hesitate if you are unfit, overweight, a complete
beginner.
